Yes, I’m using a firestick 4k with usb for added storage. I was unsuccessful installing build on kodi 19.3. I didn’t know is the usb on the firestick was the problem.

Have you formatted the USB to FAT 32 as per the guide and is it showing as external storage in the Firestick Settings?

I’m wondering why you are even trying to install a build from a flash drive? Normally you download Kodi and then install a build by adding a repository and opening a wizard. The build would install in the same place that you installed Kodi initially.
