How to factory reset the onn 4K box

According to the directions, you long press the button on the box, then power it on for 5 seconds & a screen with directions on how to do a factory reset is supposed to be displayed. When I tried that, all I get is the home screen listing my apps. I do have the Wolf launcher installed, could that be the problem, or is there another way to reset the box?

Onn Walmart 4k Google box factory reset

I went to utilize my Onn 4k Walmart Google box that had been Unplugged for a few days only to have a black screen. Factory reset was only option 1:Hold reset button on back of box for 5 seconds 2:unplug the device 3 still holding reset for 10 seconds 4: stiil hold the reset plug the box back in. Use the reset button to scroll through the listed options Press and hold to initiate the command

Launcher Manager has disabled everything on the new ONN Android device

Following Troy’s ONN superchange video. I clicked on Launcher Manager and enabled Wolf Launcher. Now all the apps are controlled by Wolf Launcher, but I cannot click anywhere to deactivate the launcher and none of the apps will load. I’m basically frozen in place. I tried activating the Mouse and hover over Launcher Manager, but I cannot get back in to deactivate Wolf Launcher. Help!
