I strongly suggest reaching out to your credit card company and filing a fraud complaint. We’ve had nothing but complaints regarding these Formuler resellers. I’ve updated our links to now go to Amazon for purchasing these products. Sorry for your troubles.

I got ahold of the Canadas formuler company and they said not to order from FormulerUS.com. There is too many complaints and it’s not a good option. Order from Formuler Canada. They actually awnser the phone without a prompt or 30 minutes hold. She was very nice and you can order directly from them. Or do what Troy said to order from Amazon directly. I cancelled the charge and my bank is in dispute with formulerUS.com. Its a Chinese seller. Not that that matters I’m just sayn. Thank you guys your AWSOME!! Troypoint is the best IT forum out there! All day!

So I finally got my Formuler Z11 pro max. Unfortunately it didn’t come with the usb receiver for the keyboard but they gave it to me for free so…everything is good. The remote programs real easy and it really fast. The problem is there is a split second delay between peoples mouths moving and the voice. Almost like an old karate movie. I direct wired it to the router and that didn’t help. Used another device and it’s not that. WiFi is solid and the box works on all apps but Kodi. Never had this happen before. Am I doing something wrong??

I’m not certain what is causing the lag (cracking up over the old Karate movie comment 
). It might help troubleshooting if you could describe your audio set up…TV speakers, sound bar, headphones, Bluetooth…

Is it just Kodi? If so, while playing something, click the OK button and then click on settings, then audio settings and there’s a spot there to fix that.

Jerry I just have a regular set up. Just a Big Tv. But the audio lag option was in settings when your movie is playing. Papa was right. Sorry I didn’t get back to you sooner. I work and go to school and don’t have much time anymore. Thank you for tryn to help.

It worked on kodi but not on YouTube. Weird.
That’s right, it won’t do anything to any other apps. Did you install the Audio Optimizer app yet?

Is the Z11 “better than the rest” would be up for debate at this time. I’m thinking that the Buzz PS6 is kinda the champ as of now. Although I have no experience with that unit, yet.

Recently the Youtube Tv app stopped working on my Formuler Z11 Pro. I get the message “YouTube Tv is not supported on this device. This device does not meet the technical requirements for using YouTube Tv”. The YouTube app is also affected. I use ipvanish vpn but it doesn’t matter if it’s connected or not. I even tried different countries but still nothing. I restarted, powered off and even unplugged for 30 seconds. The apps work on my BuzzTv box and my Fire Stick 4k max. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
