I uninstalled the version that troy posted for the downloader code of flixvision and downloaded the one on apk time and it worked. I don’t know why the one troy posted didn’t work. It worked on the onn box but not the formuler z11.
If you have set a google play account - PapaS is correct.
I used apk from their website and installed via USB - will get a pop up warning, choose to install

You’re right. It was my fault for not turning off play protect. Troys worked after I turned it off. thanks

Formular z11 pro max, no matter what app im using , as soon as you click on search, box shuts down, unplug reboot, formular doesn’t even get back to me, anyone have any ideas
Hello, factory reset may fix this problem. Sucks doing that but may be last resort.

When did this start? was it after you side loaded an app?
You could try removing that app.
Also check to see if there are software updates - to make sure your box is up to date
Very true these things can happen after recently side loading. Probably best to remove the apps you’ve added reboot and try again
Hi I went to Google playstore to download Netflix on formuler z11 pro max and since it says device incompatible and uncertified.
Where can i download or sideload Netflix that can work with my device?
Is kodi my only option?

Because the Formuler runs on AOSP you can only sideload Netflix but it won’t have 4k and will only probably have HD or SD max.
You could look on APK mirror or another similar apk site for the Netflix apk.
You could install any of the other third party VOD apps though.
You should complain to Netflix because you are a paying customer - they decide where their app is used.
Only if enough customers complain, Netflix may change their policy.
Your other option is to see if your TV can load the official Netflix app
Hi since the formuler z11 pro max is without the google certification. The netflix app is unavailable to formuler z11 pro max as right now. I called Netflix and that is what i was told. I have 11 yr old smart tv and thats why i bought a streaming device .
I remember when i bought this box thinking i wasn’t going to get Netflix. Right now unable to get because of my device. Im still glad i got this device.
Inless formuler z11 becomes certified.
Or there is another way. As of right now . I’m unaware what that is.

Your cheapest option is getting Onn device / Amazon firestick to get official Netflix app.

I’m not sure if this is the right place for this response, but I didn’t see a other place to put it. I’m wondering if anyone has placed an order with formulary recently. The reason I ask is that I have, and it’s been over two months. I’ve emailed them several times with no response. My order still shows as “processing” on the website, and I have received no response from either the tech team or the service email. Just wondering if this is typical from them. It doesn’t seem like it should be.
Hello, this is exactly why I mentioned in the video to stay away from these reseller sites. That wasn’t always the case but we’ve heard nothing but problems lately regarding this and that’s why we now suggest ordering with Amazon. I know this doesn’t help your situation and maybe you need to reach out directly to official Formuler org and not the outfit you tried purchasing from.
If the box is shipping from China, the Chinese are on a holiday until something like Oct 8. Pretty much everything stops.

Contact your credit card company, check if payment has been taken.
1 - if paid, raise a dispute and get refunded as you have not received your item.
2 - if not paid, tell the credit card company to block this transaction - send email to confirm you have cancelled your order as you are not willing to wait.

That was my next step. Just wanted to check with others to verify that this was not a relatively normal situation. We’ve all seen some crazy stuff.

This is not normal - you should have shipping info after order is processed, normally a working day.

So I paid for a formular 11 pro max a week ago. I never got a confirmation email or shipping date. I have emailed them several times this week but nothing. There is no number to call so anyone know what to do? Just curious.
