Hi, as a matter of interest, can I ask update you are currently on ? I ask as reading your post has made me remember that I havent had an update for my 4500 for ages & from memory Buzz had to push it to my box last time I did.

i am currently on V20221115 , IPTV V5.0.946…Box is still running FLAWLESSLY and getting reg updates! 
I bought the top of the line a month ago and moved my Nvidia Shield TV Pro to the bedroom because I keep hearing Nvidia won’t support their boxes anymore. The BuzzTV setup okay when I did it through my TV in the bedroom but when I moved it to the home theater it won’t play most of the apps in Kodi or APK’s. I know it says you must play it directly into a TV, but Troy had said that was just for the initial setup. If this is the case, this box is a huge waste of money for people who have a home theater setup. Anyone else have this problem???
I have a home theater setup and don’t have any problem with it directly plugged into the TV and the e.arc. Some sound bars don’t have the necessary stuff for the P6 to run fully. But I have found no issue with sound or playing apps. I have a Samsung system.
I have the P6 and Samsung TV, and Samsung sound bar, and it works great. I’m still learning how to maneuver other things, as with all things these days.
Ready to give up on Buzz X5. Good replacement suggestions? How’s ONN TV?
My X5 has been in the cat room closet for years. I’ve never considered selling it due to the blow back. Its a dog that can’t hunt.
My next box was a MeCool KM6 Deluxe.
Got an ONN 4K Pro to take to the beach.
Recently purchased an Ugoos AM9.
All have been reliable and worth the money.
So you don’t get free iptv when you buy?
Free IPTV? On a BuzzBox? Not sure what you’re saying. It has an IPTV player that you add your playlists to paid or free.
When you buy it. It’s not preloaded with free iptv?
I just bought one but it’s asking for a subscription but I put mine in and it’s not working. I paid $130 and I can’t even use it
Yes you have to add your IPTV credentials into the IPTV player. I use TiVimate. Which device do you have?

I found the MeCool devices ineffective and wanting. Ditched them for ONN 4K Pro model. Each Onn purchased was an upgrade starting with 19.95 model and finally the last model (sold out everywhere Walmart had 3 units left, I got one.) the very best player below $70. yet.
Hello, you need an IPTV service to input into the box. That box does not come with a service.
I have one and it doesn’t accept the credentials, but the iptv works on the fire stick and one box that I have
I would suggest reaching out to BuzzTV support for this.
I have only been able to use extreme code format, not m3u. Try that.
