Attention BuzzTV Owners! I need your help!

Yes i was all over the net looking for them and they’re no where to be found anymore?

Just saw your post. I think I have one on a SD card

I have a buzz P6U with 2tb storage. I would like instructions on using the the built-in iptv software. An explanation of use would be great.

I also have a P6UL with 2 TB. I have given Buzz TV 6 both m3u and XC data but have never been able to get the guide to populate. This same data populates a guide in Tivimate. The channels do play, though.

There are videos you can watch that are on the landing page. But here is another source for those.

If you could DM us the serial number from your P6UL device, we’ll take a closer look into why the guide isn’t populating. Thanks

I would be happy to do that, but I can not figure out how to respond with a private message. Thanks for your response.

Click on the Buzz Avatar in the post above yours and a popup will open. Then click the “message” button and go from there. Enjoy

Anytime. Just pm me if you need assistance and I will do what I can.,

So my post yesterday got me thinking about this issue and why the Buzz TV software 6 would not work for me. It must have been tested.

Typically, when I experience a problem on these boxes, it has something to do with the VPN. This morning I got up and disconnected the box from the ethernet (has VPN) and hooked it up to the open Wi-Fi. Then I deleted all the previous IPTV connections (servers) in Buzz TV 6 and set up a new one. To my surprise, all the channels worked and there was a guide!

I set up the other two IPTVs and then hooked the ethernet back up. All of them now work in the Buzz TV6 app with a guide.

Well done @MNBob and thank you for posting your solution. I don’t use the BuzzTV 6 as I use TiViMate so couldn’t think of any reason you wouldn’t get the EPG. What VPN are you using?

I use Surfshark on an Asus RT-86U router like Troy showed in his router set up video. Using Surfshark on the router gives the fastest speeds but you lose local control.

I also have TiviMate and Sparkle on the box, as well as streaming apps. This has been a speedy and issue free box. I am just trying the Buzz TV 6 built in app which has a lot of nice features.
