I use a formuler z8 android box. I have tried to load the v9.5 matrix build on Kodi 19.5 and also the Kodi 20 build , I get thru the whole process but when it says to select build, I press on the 9.5 build but keep getting an error prompt check log, I have tried many times for pst two weeks with no success, I live in Alberta Canada I use a vpn, I have tried with and without it on. Is it my device or am I missing something, someone here in Alberta said he had no problem loading it but he uses a a video shield device, HELP🙏🏻 Thank you
