Yep, if you use public or centralized exchanges the transaction number can be tracked back to a user. Using a cold wallet, VPNs (that require no signup info) and email addresses (that require no signup info) make it difficult to connect a user to the transaction.
Who ever said they had been served a subpoena? That seems like someone putting the cart before the horse. All Iâve seen so far are new owners running their business like a bunch of kindergarten kids.
