Can a second life time sub be added to a single life time sub
to TiviMate?

Make another account if you want more logins/devices 5 is max on 1 account

Hello, ive tried several times and different emails to get another lifetime account with no luck. Anyone have a idea what I can do to get another lifetime sub?

You have to re-register with new email and password for your new account and then you can log into your account on the Companion.

  1. Logout of your account on either your Companion App or on your Dashboard using the Tivimate website.
  2. Login into the Companion or Dashboard using your NEW email and password.
  3. Open your Tivimate player app and click on “Settings”
  4. Click on “Unlock Premium”
  5. Click “Next”
  6. Then follow the onscreen prompts to login using your NEW account. If you already have a Premium account, you’ll get a “Congratulations” message. If you haven’t bought a Premium sub yet. Then the page will display your Premium options (year/lifetime)

Fyi, you don’t need a new PW. You can use the same one if you want. I have 3 different accounts and I use 3 different emails, but all my accounts have the same password.

Also, make sure you name/rename your devices with unique names for easy identification.

I just did this, this morning. You have to set up a new google account. I was setting up a new box so I gave it the new account. I then downloaded Tivimate and purchased premium lifetime in the Tivimate app.

This may be off topic , but, has any one had issues with the larest updare
5.1.5.
Was there any issues that the latest update was supposed to fix?

Supposed to be bug fixes, nothing major. No effects on my cubes and Max. Onn pro hasn’t updated yet

I’m on 5.1.5 and I haven’t had any issues. Been smooth sailing here.

Thanks for the replys guys.
The last couple of up dates has caused me to have to
“re-introduce” my recording folder to my TiViMate app.
I also lost all my catchup channels.
My provider says there may be problem. Hopefully so.
I thought that the recording folder issue was resolved.
I still have to use “System Picker”.
Other than that all is well.

On another note.
There always is another note.
Since the last up date. I have lost the ability to use my catch up
channels.
I know the usual response is check with your provider.
Witch I did. They said no probs.
So I entered this play list into my “Sparkle” app and
behold , my CU channels work like a charm.
This question has oprobably been asked, but here I go;
Can I go to a previous ver of my TiViMate?
If so, where is it and how is it done.

I just checked and all my catchup stuff is working just fine.

Any Idea why it works on my “Sparkle” and not my TiViMate?

It worked fine until the lastest update.

Can I set my TVM to a previous version?
This would answer my own questino about MY cu channels.

I keep going around in circles with the Uptodown app.
Is there a tutorial on how to use this app to get previous versions of TiViMate?

It isn’t an app it’s a site. Click the link, go to the site, choose the APK of your choice and click on it to start the download and install. The download link is on the next page that opens when you click on the apk of your choice, scroll down and click the green install button. Before installing you will have to delete your present copy. As backups are only good for the present version you have installed you will need to readd all your subs and redo all your faves. Now if you at least do a backup of your present version, if you do decide to return to the latest one you have a backup of your present setup.
