Thanks and I’m sorry I am just getting around to replying. I just bought the device and added Sparkle so it should not be the cache but I’ll still try that. I hope that anyone reading this will consider that I am still having issues and respond. TIA

Hi, I am transitioning from TiviMate to Sparkle. I am an iOS user, but I do have an Amazon kindle to purchase the Sparkle app. Do I have to pay for Sparkle before I setup the app, or can you pay during the app setup? Thank you for your help!
So far as I know, the only way you can pay for sparkle is purchasing via the Google Play Store.
