Hey Miki, do you know if there has been a released for the km2 plus for “add a device”? I see troy has and app in the toolbox for the km2 plus deluxe.
Thanks Moose. Tried all that. Different protocols and servers in Surfshark too. Finally checked my iptv provider account and it says I’m expired even though have autopay in place. I guess I’ll have to contact them. Guess that explains why I couldn’t add or refresh my playlist in TiviMate.

I check last week using OTA. No go. I will check tomorrow. I just seen Troy updating the newer km2 from I assume an app frim. Mecool worked like a charm on that device but not on my. Work on the deluxe but not on the plus.
I just got mine today. Having issues with my Vizio sound bar. I downloaded the remote fix and that works perfectly. I can adjust the sound bar. But almost every movie I try, there’s little to no sound coming out. I’ve tried the automatic setting under sound. I’ve picked no sound bar. I’ve tried the pass through. Can’t seem to get the surround sound working. If anyone has any suggestions for me to try I would greatly appreciate it. I’ll mess around more tomorrow.

says. Read through it and you’ll learn when you might get it, but it’s out there now.
I have a Sony Sound bar the volume is low on it as well. I have to turn the volume pretty high to get a comfortable level of sound. The sould bar is connected to the TV using the HDMI ARC. I changed it to the video output with not much improvement but was a little better. I check for the update from MeCool this morning and I still do not have the update for the audio control. I will check most everyday until I get it. My sheild works so much better. I also connected one of my Amazon sticks the volume is higner than with the Mecool. I still rather use my Mecool or my Shield. Amazon is getting to be to much especially since they are not only increasing there yearly subscriptions they are going to start charging for non-commercials on there movies and seeies. I don’t have answer for that crap. The rich get richer. If it wasn’t for the free shipping it would be so long. Amazon Prime has over 200 million subscribers. Pretty easy math if all of them paid for the extra $39 for commercial free content. Not including the extra money for the subscription that’s a cool 7,800,000,000. I guess Bezo needs more fuel for his rockets. Ok, enough complaining. I wish and pray each and everyone of you have a Happy New Year and may this world find it’s way to Peace.

I don’t know why no OTA my understanding it is being sent out now. I have not received it yet. I have contacted Mecool as well about an APK updated. No answers. Frustrated!!!
Their site stated that the OTA update is being rolled out in stages. No idea how to determine when yours will get the option to update. Read the article the rollout schedule is posted in there.
Miki, i have read the article several times. I see the release dates but it does not say what part of the country the releases are related to. Thank you for posting that article. I will check on the date of each release. I will also pass the information to my daughter and a couple of friend that own this device. Thanks again Miki.
It just shows percentages and dates. By January 19, 2024 100% of devices will have it.
I just got mine and great speed and picture. My only problem is that any live TV apps, the only way I can get sound out of my Vizio sound bar is to use Bluetooth. ARC and optical work for other apps just not tivimate, Philo,etc. Anyone else have this problem? I have it hooked up to a new TCL Qled TV.
In TiViMate try Settings>Playback> Audio passthrough and turn it on. See if that does it. Make sure Audio decoder is set to Hardware.
No luck. I just discovered that there is sound but it is super low, I have to turn volume up all the way. Tried speakers on TV and the same thing.
What I had to do was make sure the volume on my device was up full, then using my TV remote made sure that volume was up full. Then go back to my device remote and turn it down to 30% volume and start something to watch.
Still no luck. Bluetooth is the only thing that gives me full volume. Just weird how weyd and sycler work just fine on optical and ARC, just not any live TV.
