@impactster i agree and have been thinking that. It kind of reminds me of real debrid being down but only seemed to be certain areas… I too have tried everything I know and what others have known.
Something IS going on with Kodi 20.2. I’ve been using a build Green Monster (which is Crew based) and even the search window display isn’t working the same. Used to be you would start keying a TV or Film and above your entry line you could click if you found a match, then it would automatically enter into the search field, and animate the done box when you click enter. Now you must manually navigate to the done box to get to the entry results. Also when you get the RD files, only some work.
I don’t know if DolbyVision files are the cause. The search filters frequently fail to remove what you know you can’t display. In my case, DolbyVision streams. So even RD has the issue.
@Brian11 something is going on. When I had 19.5 and crew before 20.1,20.2 I had no issues. Now it seems a lot have issues and a few don’t. I wish we could figure it out.
Well , now I got real debrid links, and no stream crew, kodi 20.2. One thing after another.
He’s right it’s ur device or problem with debrid service. Or VPN let us know when u figure it out

I dumped surfshark last week and now my issues are gone. I’ve had nothing but problems with them for past year, on stick, putters , phones. Funny, I just saw another post where people were having same issues and it was ss
Theyjusthad update fixed everything. Love their kill switch and speed price good streaming my friend

Yes, computers. On my last hoorah with them they said my diagnostics shows I’m on ipv6. They don’t support it. Ok, but I’m not on ipv6. Tests thru 3rd party and my isp show not connected to ipv6. Since I told them that i never heard a thing.
Wow sorry to hear that I didn’t know they don’t support ip6 which is the next big thing my ip doesn’t support it in area if I don’t mind who do u use now n r u happy .IP vanish was good no kill switch what’s the sense in using it when it could go down n not know thanks for converting
Went to proton. No issues at all never disconnects unless I do it. Does what is says it does

I have surfshark on all my firesticks , phone and windows 11 laptop,they all work perfectly fine,
Surfshark has updated 3 times this week , so they must be on to something…

Apparently a thread I read said that there was a “glitch” in the killswitch module, that they were aware of, causing disconnects and this update was supposed to correct that, amongst other things. Fingers crossed 
for all you SS fanatics.
Apparently if they knew it, but yet tried to put it on me there problems. They NEVER admit it’s them. So I moved on, don’t care if they’re on to something
Welcome to reality. Sometimes it sucks. I got my refund after using it for 10 days.
@Miki yea, but my issues were sporadic, but one theme was it wasn’t them. This last one took the cake. I read a lot of what you said about proton, asked an IT dude I know and researched. Did free trial for 3 months, no issues.

My issue with Proton is the lack of access to the full spectrum of options on a streaming device. That’s why I’ll drop them once my 2 year sub is up.
