I loaded kodi 20 and there are no streaming apps
Need some add-ons then Kodi works.

Follow exactly, and you shouldn’t have any problems.
20 still in testing mode, if you encounter any problems dump 20 and install 19.4 The Crew or The Promise are very good addons. Seren is excellent but requires Real-Debrid to work. Stremio also excellent but Vpn required. Check the link @PapaS sent.
Yes, stick with 19.3 or 4.
