Setup friend’s box yesterday - followed Troy’s Z11 setup.
The box updates software during setup but you have to go to the remote app to update the remote - it’s bigger and I like it.
I think the friend is going to love it over his Z11 pro max with his new OLED tv

Setting up friend’s Z12 Ultra - MYTVOnline 3 you can change EPG data storage to 14 days ( default I think is 7 days to include catch up) should be same on Z11 / Z mini
Buyer beware. I have a standing order with Formulerus $200.00 for a unit, Not a “Z12 Ultra” since July 2, 2025. All I have received is a email stating my order is “being processed” . I have been trying to contact sales reguarding “process” time. They have yet to respond. Other than withdrawing payment.

I’m thinking about picking up a new box—either the Z12 or the PowerStation. From what I can tell, the Z12 looks cheaper than the Buzz.
Do these come with IPTV already, or is that something I’d need to buy separately? I mainly want to watch regular TV (including local channels) plus PPV events.
Right now I’m using a Shield with Kodi builds, but I’d like to switch to something newer and more plug-and-play. I know a little, but I’m not an expert, so I’m looking for something easy to set up.

Both come with IPTV apps designed to work with the device.
They do not come with any content - you need to get an IPTV service

Careful the remote has bricked for a lot of people on this box according to reviews you may have to get a universal Bluetooth remote just in case

According to reviews seems to formuler issue and new remote may not be a fix apparently it’s a built in defect but this is disappointing with the price of device should not have to wait for a replacement remote or get a universal remote to control box luckily most modern TVs have CEC and hopefully the box has CEC feature and built in app has no multiscreen tvonline3 overrated im player tivimate much better guess this is for a certain niche of people these boxes might become more relevant if Google block causes issues but adb installs won’t require verification under upcoming new Google verification policy
