Wow the lies are incredible from this seller. Also when I click the “Ask Alibaba to mediate” button I get this popup. Everything about that site is just total rubbish. LOL what does this even mean?

Just keep trying everyday clicking on mediate. I think ya have to wait so many days for it to work. I initiated refund on the Saturday and was able to ask them to mediate on the Tuesday. The seller did reply back with a proposed refund of $0.00 so i just replied back with the original $22.00. Just make sure you reply back within the time scale.

That’s some tough negotiations. Not even a hint at admitting that the product sucks.
I wonder if they are ever put on a “bad seller” list after too many complaints/mediations.

My answer was basically you get what you pay for. So not expecting anything but that’s OK, only out $20. The biggest problem for me was the remote. Very slow and glitchy. I’m not, at this time. into 4K or great audio, so as a ack up box this is OK. Never buy anything from Alibaba again no matter how anyone tries to convince me!

When you respond make sure you change the refund amount. Once ya done that, you might be ready to mediate.
Still curious how the walmart version is that @beachlife88 bought. Is it the same junk from Alibaba?
You would think at $40 they weren’t also misrepresenting the specs as well.
Yeah I think I’m done with the process. They are asking me to send evidence in order to start the refund process? But they don’t explain what they mean by evidence.
And the seller keeps telling me the box plays 8K video but that “I need to change my settings in Youtube” LOL! I mean WTF!
Send my pic from earlier in this thread with the tx10 specs. That worked for me.

LOL I sent a screenshot of my order saying the seller is making false claims about the specifications of the box and immediately received a message that I am being refunded and the case is closed
