Perhaps the seller was sending knockoffs but the actual product isnt that bad.

Did you initiate the refund process? Once you have and wait a few days you can then choose an option to get alibaba to mediate.
Once i clicked for them to mediate the refund happened within minutes.

No I thought I had to wait the 3 day period but see the button now. The seller is disputing my refund so I’ll go ahead and do that now. I really don’t care about the $11 but would like to see this seller get shut down for making false claims

Strange how some people got refunded, some got replacements and some are still complaining about the quality of the product to them.

When this is finally over i cant wait to be done with Alibaba.

I take it to mean that the box i received was an updated version. I am terrible with attachments. I will just get Alibaba to mediate.

Oh ok, not sending you a replacement but they claim your device was updated to latest version before shipping? Or something to that effect.

Hopefully you are all successful with your mediation. I have a feeling mine will be just as crappy.
