Haven’t seen anyone mention Strmr. No real setup just a few keys. Works great

Thanks itzme,

I successfully downloaded and have synced the Stremio app from Samsung with my online Stremio account. I am actually lucky that Cinema HD works fine with my 2nd generation firestick. Understanding that this will not last long, I am trying out Stremio. Having issues though. I created an account online, used the bootstrapper option, activated TraktvTV and added Real Debrid API to Torrentio. All good until I try to watch something. Getting many link responses, mostly Torrentio. Once I hit play, I receive a message - “Access denied. Please check if you have a valid debrid subscription. I use both Real Debrid and TraktvTV on Cinema HD and they work fine. Sorry for the lengthy message. Any help is appreciated!

Are you sure you got the api right? Did you copy and paste it?

Yes. I double checked the beginning/end characters. Starting to think the https://torrentio.strem.fun/configure

is the issue. When I hit install after adding the Real Debrid API and requested the misc items, i.e., language, resolution extractions, etc. when I hit install, no verification came back. I used my IPhone for this. Should I use a computer?

Try this one. I assume you installed the proper Stremio for you phone.

Tried Stremio twice. Once I sync apps they show up but can’t use them.
Too complicated and not working so stick to On stream and BeeTv

It may work for you now, but it will absolutely be blocked in the near future by Amazon. I cloned all of my Movie Programs through Troypoint. It was easy and Amazon can’t see them. It works fine!

Not sure what you mean, most of the add on will need configured in order to work properly, I think that is what people don’t do, set up their preferences and add their debrid service to them, they just install as is.

welcome

I have noticed that if you have a Fire Tv, Amazon has not flagged or preempted Cinema HD. But on my LG and Samsung it has totally flagged and removed Cinema HD. I have installed Stremio and has it protected by Surfshark on the LG and Samsung. But I have left the Cinema HD unprotected by Surfshark, just to see if Amazon going to flag it on their TV or are they just concerned with other models. So far, no flag.

VPN will not protect you from apps getting flagged. They will eventually block your Cinema app unless you have the expoit that blocks Amazon updates.

Have been a Cinema user for years with debrid, and anticipating its demise, started to use Onstream about 4 months ago. No need for debrid with Onstream. Unfortunately, just yesterday got the dread Amazon popup saying I should Uninstall, but could launch anyway. This is exactly what happened a couple of weeks before Cinema was finally killed by Amazon. So I’m expecting Onstream to go the way of the dodo bird in a few weeks. Meanwhile, programming up an ONN device was easier than a firestick, with much exactly the same. Cinema and Onstream work well on the ONN box. And hey, they’re cheaper than firesticks to purchase, so win win.

Is flixvision a no-no? A year or two ago it came to my attention via Troypoint and it has always been an incredible compliment to Cinema.

But when I ran Virus Total it was the only app or system app to be flagged infected and consistently on the firestick, almost always 3 files. But because it seemed recommended I didn’t thought of them more as false positives.

Now that I’ve transitioned to Onn Pro & Plus (because Cinema HD and the like are being blocked), when I run Virus Total I get 29 files infected. And it the same story that this is the only app or system app Virus Total flags.

Although Flixvision works awesome for me I’m wondering if TroyPoints most Senior Leaders or Founders know if it’s best to stay away from Flixvision because there are so many other options out there so why take the chance or if Flixvision is just fine and reputable enough that Virus Total is just reading false positives?

Thanks so much from everyone, all the time!

Been streaming for 10 years. Mostly use KODI and a few IPTV services. I have used the Shite apps like Cinema, Onstream, Flixvision, Bee etc mostly to see what they look like and test but never long term because they always break. I Don’t use a VPN or Virus Total or any of that stuff. Never had an issue. If what you are using works keep using it IMO

I Trust the ppl on github and the proof is in the code snippets/screenshots. Not sure this has or hasn’t been changed in newer releases but fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. A long time VPN user and before that a firewall for a site I ran. Definately won’t trust anyone who we now know adds such bad code. TraffMonitizer has been around for decades. Be safe and tx for the info @PapaS

Have a buffer free day everyone. Lots of Olympics and super bowl as well. Busy day. Enjoy.

Can the google streaming device be used the same as Onn Pro? The Onn Pro is weeks out if ordered. I was just wondering if they (google streaming device) can do what I hear Onn Pro can do?
