Same here but different story, my never Shield lags three to five seconds before it engages channel. My fire stick 4K max is instantaneous. I even bought another brand new never Shield to make sure maybe mine wasn’t a truck. It did the same thing, bought at Wally World easier to take back. Last thing to try was changing the HDMI cable so I switched it from another box and did the same thing. It just keeps my list of movies that I watch from blowing off the table LOL. And since it does upscale the picture I use it to watch my St r e m i o.

FYI I have had a Shield Pro for a few years. Just love it. The only issue I had was due to where I live being dusty so it was overheating a bit. Opened the case, blew out the dust, cleaned the fins on the fan, problem solved. Steady as a rock. Lots of configuration options for whatever you want to do.

Thanks for all the comments. I too am looking at this box and any info is helpful. Specifically, I would like to know if the internal drive or the usb ports have a disk format option where the files can be greater than 4G as I record sports.
I was going to chime in last night when you made this post. I was going to say, Oh wow that one with the remote on it is Super Awesome. Looks like I wasn’t the only one who thought this.
