Youād be surprised at what some people will buy. I can not for the life of me understand why anyone would purchase a VeeSee box or any preloaded something at such a jacked up price. Ambers services are good and she really tries hard to take care of her clients.

To your question regarding the Shield. Itās a lovely, time tested device. I own 2019 Shield Pro, Onn OG, Plus, Pro, and others. I still use the Shield as my primary HT streaming device. I like my Onn devices also, but the Shield has been a loyal wingman in my home theater for so many years, itās made me somewhat complacent to the thought of replacing it with any other, more capable candidate.
Maybe since I own some Nvidia stock, I feel I have a sense of vested interest. Who knows? I like it. Itās like an extension of myself when in front of my TV. 
There are a few things I wish were better about it. The Tegra SoC is showing itās age and impacts VPN speeds. Itās also limited to 4K60 resolution and frame rates. Some shield owners hate the remote and its for factor. I like it.
Anyway - thatās just my crush story. Youāll eventually find your story too and it will be immensely fun along the way experimenting with different devices and apps before your story is written.

You really canāt go wrong with Amber (see the first post in this thread). I would consider it for my primary service if I wasnāt booked with a different (more expensive) service. Iām sure some use it as their primary service. And for $2/month, you got nothing to lose. She is adaptable enough and resilient enough to get around any āresistanceā from the powers that be so far. Give it a shot.

Well ether I am doing something wrong or it sure is not work for me. I got a 2 day trial of MY EPG for Strong 8K and I am getting NO EPG for it on my system! Oh and by the way your link you are showing is not taking you to the MY EPG web site.

Thanks for all the knowledge yesterday everyone, it was very helpful. It was my first day so I guess I hit my reply limit pretty fast so I couldnāt get back to anyone but thank you. Iāve got it all figured out.

Did you follow the directions on how to add the EPG in Tivimate? If you are off by just one character it wonāt work. After entering the myEPG strings your EPG should update. Takes 5-10 minutes or so
The original file I received from MY EPG was a .gz file.
I put that link into the make tiny link and it came back as https://url.myepg.top/******.
The * were letters I just left them out when I posted this link.
Does this link look like what I want to put into my Tivimate EPG links?
I want to do this right to give MY EPG a chance.
Add that to epgās and then go into Strong playlist and add those usually 2 epgās to Strongs epg list.
PapaS When you say 2 epgās do you mean I should add the .gz link and also add the tiny url that was generated also as another epg sorce to Strong 8K ?
Oh I know what you are talking about now. I only added one of them and I am getting nothing with the one I added.
I will try adding the other one now and see if that one does anything.

I guess at my age (76 years old) I am just to dumb to know what I am doing, because I get nothing as far as a EPG for my Strong 8K plan!!!
That is strange? After entering my 2 EPGās from MyEPG, my Strong EPG was greatly improved. After entering them do you see your EPG updating?
You can try going to Settings>Playlists>Strong playlist>Update playlist
Then Settings>epg>update EPG
Iāve seen it take up to 15 minutes to populate

Ok guys I have a 2 day trial EPG from MY EPG for the Strong 8K plan.
I know where and how to put the ULR into Tivimate EPG and how to activate it so it works, I have done that many times.
Here is my question: does this look like a good URL, I will let the last two characters off and replace these characters with ** in this example.

Or am I looking at the wrong thing on the MYEPG site?
That looks good, but thatās not the url you need to type into Tivimate. Thatās a zip file. Go to the download page I posted in above post and copy the link address, then go to tinyurl.com and paste that in and hit shorten link. That url it gives you is what you put in Tivimate.
