My service is still up, just had renewed at beginning of July.

Guess will have to try another when it goes down.

ya, I had them just resubbed a few weeks ago. Service isn’t working, by the way, Troy, how do I become a patron by the way

I’ve been working today & not in front of my TV. But I just tested about 10 different Xtreme HD channels thru my GSE IPTV app & they’re still working for me.

I tested XtremeHD a couple of months ago with about 5 others. Since I had a trial they sent me the same message about shutting down, I figured it would be a topic on here. I can’t remember why but they were not selected. Now I’m wondering if others will follow suit.

You are using one of the imposter sites if you’re using .io site. This is not the original service. The original site was .org.

The .io website was mentioned to me in the Xtreme HD client portal (Help Desk ticket). So maybe they weren’t “shutdown” persay & instead just migrated to the .io site. I think it’s legit, but they’re probably Reselling & not divulging this…

Are ************.org and ************.io the same, or is the ************.io a scam? The .org site is shut down, and the .io site is up and running. Hmmmm!

.org was original site. .io is an imposter who is probably reselling the same service. All of these services are resellers, typically Kemo/Lemo.

Sorry to see XtremeHD go. I’ve been a subscriber for a few years and have been happy. They were responsive to issues and they paired well with TVmate.

I’d like to be a fly on the wall at the next city council meeting in that Utah town that contracted their town residents television service with XtremeHD. That would be a hoot!

anyway to get that info. I never got an email from them

I wish I would’ve known about this a few weeks ago. I was having issues with my subscription and they said I had to buy a new one to get it up and running again, but the amount would be refunded. Bitcoins. They are still trying to get me to send them $250 so they can refund the $130 I sent in earlier. They keep saying trust us it’s gonna work this time. Even after reading this I sent them a message saying I guess I wasn’t gonna be getting my refund because the platform is shutting down. They responded it’s not shutting down and to send the $250 so they can get everything up and running again. I trust TroyPoint. They ain’t getting jack.

I NEVER received any notification of “them” going down.
Is it true that “Service will remain active for customers until the expiration date”, even if the date is a life time subscription???

Troy.. as you said there are several I just got a message from the name at .Io is that the one or .org? How do we know?

I have a lifetime sub & they said they would retain my acct thru their new website. Not sure if you’re in the same boat. But even though I have a lifetime sub, it still shows it expires every yr (12mo’s since my signup). In fact, it actually got shutoff the last couple yrs & I had to put in a Help Desk ticket to reactivate, which was annoying. So I’m curious to see if it gets shutoff again (come Nov.) or if it stays active. If it gets shutoff, we’ll see if they reactivate, when I ask. I did manage to save a copy of my lifetime sub invoice though. So at least, I have proof…

Same here, lifetime subscription, but i didnt get an email either stating new site info, etc. Can you share any info you may have?

They told you this information proactively? Or did you somehow contact them after this morning’s announcement and after their webpage went down?

Hello, the service that we reviewed was the .org site.
