🛑 XtremeHD IPTV Permanently Shuts Down

7/15/2025: Here is email TROYPOINT received regarding Xtreme HD IPTV closure.

Dear TROY,

I hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inform you that our website and service XTREME HD IPTV have been permanently shut down and are no longer available. All features and user access have been fully discontinued.

In light of this, we kindly request that you remove any mention or listing of our service from your website. Additionally, if possible, we would greatly appreciate it if you could publish a brief notice or article to inform your visitors that our service has been officially closed.

Thank you for your support and understanding.

Best regards,

I replied asking about refunds for current customers and here is their reply.

The Service will remain active for customers until the expiration date.

It’s important to point out that there are many XtremeHD IPTV imposters out there and if their site is working you should know that you’re not dealing with the real service.

Glad I only sent $45 last night, service still not work. Their website down, came here to see this notice. If you can please send a message out to possibly save others from losing money. Not sure who got my $48 but as usual bitcoin is a gamble.

I just recently switched IPTV providers myself, glad I didn’t pick this one.

I’ve had Xtreme HD for about 3yrs & signed up for a lifetime subscription about 2yrs ago. I messaged them thru their client portal, just before they went offline & they said to register on ********* website because they’ve “moved” there. So I did this & also asked ************ if this was accurate & they said they have my account information & service will continue thru them. Needless to say that makes me very happy… unless they actually shutdown as well or don’t hold up their end of the bargain.

I also contacted them before the site was fully down and was told the same thing. My service is still working. I, too, have a lifetime sub. As of this moment the homepage for the new site is working but none of the other pages are available. Hmmmmm…

XtremeHD IPTV is still on at my location. I got the email Sunday morning, 6am-ish. I emailed them, website was down but service was still up. Got email telling of my service to stay on until my contract date was up and was notified of new URL being ************ so I wonder if they found out something legal was happening but this new site says they’ve been up for 10 years. Last year when I started with my present company, they said they were in business for 9 years and I saved their last page saying they were a completely legal company and no VPN was needed to use their service, although I had a lifetime VPN service active and still do. My guess is it’s one in the same service just with a different name.

One thing I liked to begin with about XtremeHD was they took credit cards and when I renewed they didn’t. I had to use bitcoin and never had done that and didn’t like it. I decided to not ever renew with them before unless they went back to credit cards, now this makes me wonder what happened to them. Maybe they had two separate companies going and their employees had to service both and this just makes it easier. The new website says they take credit cards. I’m not sure I trust what’s going on though.

Yes, this is correct as far as I know. I’ve been familiar with ********** because even though I have a lifetime Xtreme HD sub, I’m always looking at others for a potential secondary service. If I’m not mistaken, when I signed up for a trial of ***********, I noticed they were using the same server URL as Xtreme. So I figured they were a Reseller. I believe it was actually Xtreme HD that was a Reseller of *************** & we just didn’t know it.

They were sued by Dish Network.

Same! Although, I’m an avid crypto enthusiast. I hate paying for anything with crypto, especially Bitcoin. Partially because I’m a hodler. So any Bitcoin I buy, I’d like to hold onto. But also, since the USD value fluctuates by the second. It makes it more complicated to use because you have to hope the price stays the same or goes up before you use it to pay for anything. Luckily for any IPTV services, I have a credit card that allows one to create virtual cards that expires after 1 use or a limit to how much it can be used at a given time or by month…etc. So I take advantage of that.

If they were sued by Dish, what’s to keep them up with ********** and it having to shut down. I’m not sure exactly what happens when they get sued. Maybe they didn’t have enough funds coming in to fight that lawsuit so they went back to the original.

No reason given?

The reason I didn’t want to use bitcoin was you have no recourse. Three years ago when ******* went under, I had just renewed for 6 months and didn’t like the idea of loosing that money with the company swindling me, although it was less than $100. I went to the credit card company and let them fight it out for me, got every cent back and used the service for a couple of months before they went under.

XtremeHD IPTV service seems to be working thus far. I’ll have to see what happens in 3 months. I don’t like using sites that only accept bitcoin payments.

The service has been pretty good… not 100% perfect but very good. I bought my lifetime sub when they were having a 50% off sale on or around 1/1/24, so I’ve had the service 18 months. Figured if it lasted 3 years the price was okay. Hoping they make it another 18 months but even if they don’t, it was still far cheaper than cable/satellite.

I just wanted to update my XtremeHD experience. I actually paid for a year and have 3 months left. It worked pretty well but had to change Surfshark vpn locations pretty often to keep it going. To my surprise the connection is still working with the Surfshark interface. So we’ll see how long it lasts.
