It doesn’t happen often, but it does happen so be prepared! Watched “ELSBETH” on stremio last night and Episode 2 and Episode 3 are the same episode, they are both episode 3, so there is not episode 2. Went to Homelander on Kodi and they had all the correct episodes. I always keep a fresh kodi available for times like this.

I never watch this show but was curious. Are you referring to S01E02 and S01E03 ? If so on my Stremio RD+ they certainly aren’t the same episode.
Kodi is so handy.
It’s about most reliable player (VLC is up there) for playing media from a jump drive, external HD or SSD or from device storage, plus there are addons available for Jellyfin & Plex.
I find that using Kodi gives a lot more easy flexibility for subtitles, volume & video quality than the Jellyfin or Plex clients.
In addition, Jellyfin’s client from the Play Store only works with the latest Jellyfin server, which for me, turned out to be an issue.
I’m thinking that I’ll be able to easily access my media server remotely outside our LAN using the Jellyfin addon, though I haven’t tried it.
Yes, s1E2&3 are the same episode. I tried a couple different links and they were both wrong. Episode 3 is right, but episode 2 shows episode 3 also.
Not on my Stremio. I just watched them both and for me they are entirely different. This was using the RD+.

RD+? Is that a premium RD membership?
No. RD + just means cached torrents.

All my links are RD+, strange because I just checked and both the episodes mentioned are exactly the same. I using EZTV link. I even fast forwarded to the same spot on the episodes and exactly the same. Whatever, my main point was that Kodi was a welcomed back-up to be able to watch the missing episode.
OK, I just tried a TorrentGalaxy link and ep 2 was the right episode, so it seems to be the EZTV link only that is in error.

Many here already know I’m a long time user of Stremio and for me it is my absolute number one choice. I have ventured onto the Kodi realm but always return to Stremio. Both are amazing media tools and each have their dedicated followers. What ever one you like and enjoy, the important thing, is that we all have sources, and ppl here,who are willing to help accomplish the cord cutting dream.

Same here Tico259, I use Stremio and RD+ links, and partially watched both…and each was a different episode for me. Must just be a quirky thing for you.

I also use Kodi/Crew as a backup to Stremio. She-who-must-be-obeyed and I watch America’s Got Talent, typically in Stremio. This week’s episodes, #15 and 16, have zero links in Stremio. Kodi has links. This has occurred numerous times over the past couple of years with mainstream programs.
