What are the least expensive services you know?

Ive been thinking with making ustvgo my main and keeping one other backup…just because im worried ustgo will go poof one day.

That essentially re-streams the stream, correct? Essentially making you a self-hoster. I would be curious to do that, but 1) I don’t have or want to invest in the hardware and 2) don’t have enough motivation to do that with all the other ways out there to access it. Would be fun though!

the ustvgo app generates a m3u8 so epg is included and updates I believe every 6 hours

Like I said, I used to have an m3u, but that is long gone. In fact, I believe the m3u url is still posted here in the Insider, but It no longer being maintained.

I know what you’re speaking of and yes, it’s long dead.

actuall any iptv service you set up on emby is a re-stream and not detectable by the host. Basically you can buy 1 connection and re-stream it as much as you like on your lan.

Right, but now we’re back to LAN limitations. It’s definitely a good solution if you want to buy 1 connection and share 1 service with multiple people in the same household though, emulating the same experience as a multi-connection subscription. But for something like your ustvgo m3u8 links and using them on the go on another network that’s not your wifi, I’m fairly certain it’s not going to work unless you’re directly rehosting (with xstreams being the most popular way).

Anyway, this has gotten really far off topic

correct mostly, you can stream to yourself while away from your lan with some tweaking to make it work. You wouldnt want too many leechers on your lan due to bandwidth usage but it is possible…ok nuff said

Now that’s interesting. I may have to dig a little deeper on that side of things and see if it’s something that could work for my situation.

Hi! I’m new to Kodi but I do know that my tivimate is working on Kodi. I found it under android apps. It’s been working fine since I found it on Kodi 5 hours ago.

That makes sense. The tivimate icon you have in Kodi is just a shortcut to the android app you have installed on your system. If it works in your device, it’ll work in Kodi since all Kodi is doing is putting in the call to the system to open the program.

interlarks is the easiest to use.

That is strange. I see 6mo, 1yr, 2yr, and 4yr plan choices for 1-5 connections. This is the page I am looking at.

Yeah, I saw that, but tbh, I have the USTVGO apk on all my devices (nVidia, tablet, phone) and just use the app, and I use the shortcut app I placed on my taskbar for when using on my laptops.

Yeah, it was nice having an m3u installed on my Tivimate for convenience of just channel hopping. But I don’t use USTVGO on a regular basis and use it only if my paid services go down, or I am just surfin’ around.

There really is no need to use USTVGO if you have paid services, unless your paid services go down.

So, having an apk is good enough.

I lost most of these updated ustvgo channels last month through kodi. Is there anyway to get them back?

If you want USTVGo through Kodi, install WarehouseCrates repo and then install USTVGo under video addons. https://warehousecrates.github.io/TheWareHouse/

Might want to check the page again, because they definitely do 1 yr and multi yr subs. What’s odd is that the prices for the 1yr subs are slightly more expensive than the 6 month subs. Usually when you buy for more time, there’s more discount. When I messaged the mods about it, they simple said, “That’s just the way it is.”

Which APK is that though out of curiosity? The only one I’ve ever come across is made for mobile/touch devices (not tv optimized) and once you get in, you realize the “app” is just a browser launcher that sends you directly to the website. There’s no advantage of using it over just pulling up your Android TV browser and plugging in the URL directly. Or, better yet if on Fire devices, using one of AFTVnews’ Bookmark apps to create a direct one-click launcher shortcut. Bookmarker 1:Amazon.com:Appstore for Android

This is the one I’ve come across: USTV 247 :tv: APK for Android Download (apkpure.com)

Still limited to just those.
