I think the factory reset option is in the android os. The reset button that on some boxes are used in factory reset have to be used when flashing the allwinner chips . On these chinese boxes even the boards and box looks are generic just need to make sure of the chipset. There are sites with flash files for most chips but with the Chinese boxes with allwinner I couldn’t find any firmware for that type of box with the alwinner so I had to get the firmware for the flash from the manufacturer. If it’s a namebrand proably no problem finding the flash for the chips listed online . Flashing is simple with allwinner flash software and a cheap cable to connect .Just getting the correct flash for the cheap boxes is the drawback .If I bought a cheap chinese box i would ask to be sent the flash file for the chipset as a requirement before purchase .

I get nervous really fast. But, I will give it a try. I perfer easy setup. Thanks for offering to help if needed. I’ll let you know what happens once delivery. I’m still using my 4k max and onn 4k pro as my main devices. Blocked updates on the 4k max. I like the firestick remote better than Onn remote.
They really are not much different, get downloader and go to Troypoint toolbox for projectivy and put it on there, and you are back to what you recognize if you have projectivy on your Onn.
I need some help and advice here. I am still using Firestick and really have no issues other than occasional buffering. Please help me out and tell me how a T95Z is to my advantage to use versus the Firestick..Will it sill download third party apps (Kodi, SmartTube, etc.)? Thanks

I just checked Walmart site and it says, “out of stock”. Apparently T95Z is Sold Out at that price.
Must have been a “introductory offer”. Mine, ordered online, is on its way from Guandong, China.

Doesn’t support DV or HDR10, so trying to see the advantage over the Onnpro plus
For me it was always about AOSP. No comparisons to other devices. I’m enjoying the AOSP experience. Glad I bought the T95Z Plus! I’ve got an extra $25 to learn and explore new things. T95 plays 3rd party apps very well. Besides, I used @Miki credits to pay for it! 
I have one on the way to play around with before I order an AM9, I just got done setting up a ONN Plus for a friend. I think I’m starting to have a problem!!! 
Who makes it?
It is assembled in China. Just like computers, the box is made and branded then a box assembly business installs the electronic parts as per assembly specifications.
i did grab one for 25 bucks and i see they are know back in stock for 51 bucks
I have a T95Z as well; I find the ONN 4K Pro superior. For the Walmart price, it is very hard to find a better deal. I own MeCool pro, Amazon products stick thru tube, all are inferior to the ONN.
