From what I’ve seen he VSEE has been working for years.

I know there is a thread about the vSeeBox and a few replies. I understand the concerns with buying “fully loaded” boxes or falsity of the claims.
I’m curious if anyone has actually done testing on the vSeeBox and their primary apps Heat Live, Heat Ultra, and Heat VOD. The apps can be found and sideloaded but they require a login and registration when a box is sold registers the MAC address of the box to prevent other boxes from loading the apps.
Watching a demo at recent RV show it appears their apps are like an IPTV provider and VOD provider rolled together.
The cost is around $350 and there are no monthly fees for the IPTV and VOD function and the box can be unlocked so the user can load other apps if they want to.
Clearly, like the IPTV providers, they are skirting on the fringes of distribution rights. The down side would be they get shut down before you get 12-18 months of usage out of the box and sort of break even from buying your own box and doing subscriptions.
Thoughts?
Would never buy any of these preloaded boxes much less spend $350. I have a $50 ONN 4K Pro with KODI+RD+ Trakt and a Few other apps for VOD shows/Movies and a flawless IPTV Service I pay close to $5/month for Live Sports and News and VOD movies/shows. Get everything I need this way and don’t need Netflix or any other subscription streaming service
I also would never buy a pre loaded device.
A lot cheaper to buy your own device.
I have two debrid services that work out
$70 a year total and two iptv services that work out at $65 a year total.
My device was $165 but combined it’s still less than $350.
You don’t need to have backup service’s but I do just in case.
Stay clear, you dont know how long they will last. With a decent iptv provider and debrid service if anything goes down you can move to another service. Plenty of advise here on the forum, and lots of ppl willing to help you.
I have a kinhank g1 android box 32 gb of storage only £40 been using it for over a year got the google streaming box i paid a £100 for but im always on my android box. Got 4k max firesticks but swear bye the g1 androud box.
Regarding your g1 does the app tvquickactions pro work with afr?
I don’t know, I think I can start to see the value in this. Some of these boxes can now be found for $170-$200. My IPTV’s are around $100/year for 2 connections. So in a little over 2 years, it is a value.
Some of them have good catch up, I wonder if you can record in their live TV apps.
The problem with most, if not all of these loaded tv boxes is even if the loaded lifetime IPTV subscription looks enticing, they have inferior hardware and will probably not last as long as boxes with better quality hardware. Since the IPTV service is preloaded and only works with the box’s MAC address, you can’t load it onto another device. At best, figure on getting 3-4 years of service for your money. After that you are on borrowed time.
I have a Super Box 5 and 2 Stream X boxes. I absolutely love the Stream X boxes. Yes a bit pricey but so worth it. No buffering and yes, 7 day catch up. I,too, can install other side apps like I have the new Streamio on it. Everything works flawlessly on my box as well. I just love these boxes!!
My Super Box 2 has lasted for 5 years so far!!
3-4 years sounds like a fair deal to me. Someone close to me is selling the V3 Plus for $250. For $60 to $80 a year, it seems worthwhile, I guess the drawback is the stuff on them that is running that you don’t know about. There are a lot of VSee boxes sold.
Yup. I bought a MonsterBox with 4gb RAM and 128 gb of internal storage, 100 mbs LAN port, with a cheap Allwinner processor. The included IPTV service lasted about 4 years but no longer works. This box’s processor would get up to 80C temperature so early on I put 2 cooling fans on the bottom, which has salvaged this box from a premature death. I only use it as a device when traveling.
I don’t have the Elite box, but I do have 3 Stream X boxes that I absolutely love. I bought all 3 of my boxes off Temu and they do have Vsee boxes on there as well.
Yup it still is
I bought a v3+ awhile back, plug and play. I also recently bought the v6+, great service included. My opinion…for ppl who have little interest in setting up their own boxes, these devices definitely have a market. I’ve been a full time streaming hobbyist for around 13 yrs, set up many devices, had many iptv providers. Besides the 2 VeeSee devices, i also use Onn devices with an iptv provider. Specs on VeeSee boxes are less than desirable for some, but for ppl who just want to plug and play, they do their job. No IPTV is perfect 100% of the time. I know this is open to alot of opinions, but as far as preloaded boxes, VeeSee is a good choice for ppl who dont want to be bothered or have the same interest or hobby we share here. I had 2 Nvidia Shields which were fine, but really cant justify the cost just for streaming iptv and a few apps.
So you have $300 in your set up for 1 year, next year you will have a total of 435 and the year after 570, makes 350 look like a deal now. Just the way I see it. I will admit now that I own one the content and quality is better on my other boxes, but from a financial view, these loaded boxes bought from a verified distributor are hard to beat.
I agree completely. I bought a use 3+ and it works well. paid 150 for it. I would like to find a 6+ but doubt I will find a deal on one like I did the 3+.
