VPN dot issues with Express VPN

Hi Everyone,

For some reason I am having difficulties getting either the two VPN monitors to work with Express VPN. I use SurfShark and it works fine, but my friend has Express VPN and no luck. Anyone else experiencing this problem or can offer advice. Thank you
