Just got here today, the mules have been watered and gone home 
So it showed up as I was leaving and now I am late but I had to do a quick un-boxing to make sure it wasnt a crewl prank 
I will post more later on my issues or lack of(Ihope). And just an fyi that adata on top is a 500gb external thats been waiting for the ugoos to arrive to become as one

Very 1st thing to grab my attention was this thing is all metal, no plastic on it other than the antennas

So far only issue was downloader, wouldnt let me install it even as root, actually wasnt even showing availiable…so I side loaded it. Didnt like my tivimate backup file for some reason but using in the built in system picker was able to dig it off the usb and apply.

Got a am7 delivered today and I am still waiting for the slow boat behind your donkey with my ut8 thinking about waiting for the ut8 to come and sell the am7 don’t know if I can wait dieing to open it up and start setting it up what to do what to do

am7 is a nice box, only real dif is larger storage and ram on the ut8
I will say the video is just as good or better than my mecool box. Being google certified, netflix cert and whatever just means you play by their rules. Well I dont watch netflix but that doesnt stop great vids 4k etc on this box
I already have the ut8 ordered right after you did and it says it cleared customs so should be here soon I hope. And the am7 kinda got ordered in hast figuring the other would take forever and I couldn’t wait since the x4 pro was a defective box and sent back to my friend so here I am

For those trying to disable play protect. I discovered it in your google account settings.
Sign in to google, goto manage account and its right below payments and subscriptions.
another thing. When I ordered my box I also added the g20 2.4/bt air mouse. Glad I did it works better than the stock mouse because of its cursor. Makes navigation a lot easier on some apps(ustvgo247) etc.
Hello @TXRon First of all, have fun with Ugoos goodness! I’m sure you will like it. That device is running stock Android not Android TV. Downloader is only available in Android TV Play Store. Here is tutorial on how to sideload Downloader through a browser on stock Android devices like yours.
keep both! Use one for your guest room. Just make sure you use a locking cable on it. lol
