I’m using Syncler+ and removed RD and added Premiumize. I’m also using Surfshark.
While I’m getting a lot of premiumize inks… When I go to play them… They take a long time to start playing. Anywhere from 1-3 minutes. I’m also getting some buffering when playing.
Are there any settings to fix this or is this the new normal?
On your Premiumize account, try switching servers to choose the one that had best download speeds and latency for your area.
By default, it’s set to auto - but I found it to be unhelpful. If you’re in the US, try the San Francisco server.
I tested this theory and it worked. But it is getting late so we will see if it still holds true tomorrow. 
And i didn’t pick SF as my location.
Keep in mind there are thousands of people moving from RD over to Premiumize. They will get this worked out. I’ve been a member for a long time and it’s better than real debrid.
SF worked better earlier in the day but dived quickly this evening. Found an offseas server that is working much better (for now).
Let’s hope they’re ready for the inevitable influx of new sign-ups and adjust capacities accordingly.
Don’t use a VPN and slow as shi$ on my end but pulling good streams with patience
I tested every single server and switched my VPN to 6 different locations throughout North America and my speeds were from 141 to 151 Mbps down. Not a whole lot of difference. Same for Ping and Jitter. Ping seemed to vary the most.
Switching to San Francisco works for now.
I’ll report back this evening after I’ve had a chance to play multiple videos.

I am not 100% sure but I read on a recent Reddit post that a Premiumize rep said Malyasia

Greetings: Syncler has not been pulling sources for the last two days. I am in the US, but I also have received messages that friends in Canada are experiencing the same issue. Does anyone know how to fix this? I am using a ONN 4k on one TV and an ONN Pro on the other. I am using Surfshark, and I have offloaded and reloaded both Real Debrid and Trakt, and I have tried three different express packages, but still no streams are being made available. Real Debrid is working on other apps, but Syncler just doesn’t show any streams. Can anyone help? Thanks

Dear Premiumize admin: Thanks for the update…Would you be will to finally reveal where your servers are located…? Or at the very least that you are NOT located in Western Europe…?
