Hello , I also switched from IPV to surfshark, never had an issue with IPV. Now I have to refresh sites I visit on my desktop 2 or 3 times for them to load . Windows 10. Any ideas ? Thanks

Sounds like an ad blocker is on. You can bypass those sites or turn off your ad blocker. Might try different settings and protocols, locations etc. Every setup is different.
