Absolutely. I was referring specifically to folks who use a debrid such as Premiumize and feel comfortable (personal decision) about adding an additional (home) VPN layer or not.
Premiumize’s website states:
”You can use a VPN on top of using Premiumize.me but there is no security advantage. All connections to and from our servers are already encrypted. Additionally, our servers are not public knowledge so your ISP would not know what service or download you are using.”
Premiumize doesn’t log your viewing or download history, so other than your ISP seeing that you were connected to Premiumize, there’s no record of whether you viewed public domain content or otherwise. Originally, I used VPN for everything on my streaming device. I switched up to the Stremino bypass method after encountering some issues where certain addons (ex:Torrentio) wouldn’t work from time-to-time or certain streams would buffer.
With all this being said, it’s definitely a personal decision that people have to make on their own about what they’re comfortable with. Just sharing options
