If it’s happened in every build you’ve tried then it’s got to be a glitch. Completely uninstall Kodi and start over.

Where can I find subtitles?

Found it under Language.set subtitles to English. enabled parsing for closed captions (hope this is right) then languages to download subtitles for English then OK. Opened “Parallel Mothers” Went to the subtitles menu on the bottom of the screen. Would only go to Download and read “no subtitle services installed”. Couldn’'t move the curser anywhere else. I did this successfully on your previous Kodi instructions, but not using this build. Any suggestions?
Depends on the source you select and what subtitles are available. Trial and error is the best method. I don’t use subtitles myself.
