I’ve have good results recording to a usb w/ Sparkle. Way easier set up & it just works. I just like the challenge to get recordings smoothed out w/ tivimate. I user sparkle as my backup. I’m also really tryin to hook up my tvmate via smb to my synology nas. Gonna order a bt remote pad w/ pad n keyboard, see if I can do it via system picker
