Do you have another iptv player you can use? If so try that 1st before we start gutting the firestick 
…. I prefer sparkles player…but that’s just me. If I were to guess I would say DNS is the issue but this is a firestick and I cant stand them and firestick might be the cause of all your problems.
Guess what? I’m now getting the datasource error with my other iptv service. This really sucks.
