Has anyone ever heard of this? I tried (or was, in the process of) trying one service last night and it loaded everything fine but kept returning error 401. Support said their service would only work if their were no others running/loaded. Have anyone ever heard of this? Kinda defeats the purpose of having a TM. Thanks.
Never heard of this, and that is not an accurate statement. I would run for the hills away from that service.
Ive never heard of that either. I run 2 services on my tivimate without any issues
Run, don’t walk, away from that service!
The only thing I’ve witnessed before is that if the service uses their own apk and it’s let say Smarters app and you already have it downloaded for something else, it usually won’t even install
yea, never trust a service that makes demands…my ex-wife did that and here I am

Yea, I told them I have other services and that made no sense whatsoever I figured they cave. Nope. Oh well.
I have 6 services on my Tivimate with no issue.
Appreciate it but this only occurred with this one, provider who I will now name, Cobra off Alibaba. I have 4 others that are flawless on Tivimate. Went a step further and tried installing solely on Smarters. Their issue, not mine.
That is flat out nutty. Who ever this service is, they probably aren’t going to be around too long. Should have named themselves StreamsAren’tUs.
#1. You’re talking Alibaba (China)
#2. Probably cost about $15 bucks for the year.
#3. Use the other 3 and forget about it.
Alibaba is a throw away iptv service. Meaning not worth the hassle for $15 bucks.
China or not their better than 80% of the crap I’ve tried on r/iptv. Secondly it was $30, most start at 20 but I get what your saying.
Without cranking out a new thread, I’ve found an identical service to my #2 but at a much better price if I change the XC login details from my current to the new provider (since everything is the same) will my favorites stay or go?
Yup. They may be similar but are not the same. Meaning if you are intending to replace the iptv service with another one. Then those favorites, groups, etc will be gone the moment you delete that playlist. Even if you make up a backup and reinstall that playlist. It will not load any channels, epg, and channels once you don’t renew.
Btw, I didn’t mean to offend you. I, too, have a couple of the Alibaba stuff I got a few months back. They are ok and have them for the sole purpose of being a backup to my main ones. Being that they only cost me $15 bucks a pop for the year means I don’t lose any sleep over them if they shut down or quit working. I’ve already gotten more than I expected.
Fyi, r/iptv is place where services go to die. Waaaay too much exposer.
Not offended in the least. Thanks was just statng lowest I’ve found was $20ish. ![]()
