Just having my eyes open to a new world. Long time Samsung tv user and I’m done. Recently purchased Samsungs new mini led tv and for the first time I was so underwhelmed after 1 week I returned it. Picture quality compared to their QLED lineup was absolutely terrible. Washed out colors, blacks are grey and the picture brightness was the worst I’ve ever seen. After some research I decided to step out of my comfort zone and purchased a Hisense tv. First off it was quite a bit cheaper but on top of that the picture quality is as nice as Samsung QLED lineup maybe even nicer. The big surprise for me is the ability to stream what I want without a streaming box. Developer options can be accessed easily making sideloading easy. Most things I use were available in Troys toolbox using downloader. Tivimate backup and restore works perfect using send files to tv app. Weyd works, Smarttube works. ExpressVPN and Monitor Dot working perfectly. So I sideloaded tv box specs app and this thing comes with 20gb of internal storage and 4gb ram. The little bit of testing I’ve done so far, this darn TV runs as smooth and buffer free as my SK1, X5 and Z11 Pro Max. So I’m left here scratching my head wondering
Wow, is a streaming device even necessary anymore
What say you?
P.S - Also having no issue with NuvioTV, Debrid Stream and background and apps processes apk’s.
