I am having the exact same problem as Perveez. I have a brand new fire stick 4K 2nd generation. I made the developer option changes, installed the downloader, downloaded Kodi 20.2, clicked ‘install’ and received an error saying ‘app not installed’. I tried this a dozen times. I deleted the file I re-downloaded the file. Keep getting the same problem.
