Yeah thanks. My Onn Pro Live section works as well. Its only the Nvidia so i am hoping the update will fix it.

I found out why I have not received the update, I had to submit my Pro serial number online and then I got a message that the update will be delivered to me in 24-48Hrs. For those still waiting you can sign up here.

I thought there was an update coming after 9.1.1.?

I’ve had that version for a while.

There are two versions of 9.1.1 mine is 9.1.1(33.2.0.157) this new one is 9.1.1(33.2.0.252) This is just a Hotfix.
Also those using HD Homerun should wait>>>>>

Update: Nvidia warns that the update is not currently Google certified, and adds:
"The next official release will have all certifications. The negative side affect we’ve noticed from this so far are listed below and others may appear as time goes on:

  • You won’t be able to install or update Disney+ from the Playstore if you haven’t installed it yet or do a Factory reset on this image.
  • HD Homerun DRM channels will not work."

Yeah i have the .157 but the link mentioned a release in 7/2023. I was confused.

I’ll put in my serial number and see what happens.

You notice any difference in your Shield when they updated it?

Not at all. But the listed fixes werent a problem for me. If they were i never noticed.

Unless it was an extreme coincidence and i was getting the update today anyway. But I’ll go with the assumption it was a fast delivery.

I just noticed on the home screen there was a notice for the update. I didnt receive anything via email regarding my Nvidia account.

One would think that this would be the norm. I mean how many Shield Pro owners are involved with the Insider or read docs.google.com?

Sorry what i meant was …

When i clicked on the link @Miki provided I was already logged into my Nvidia account on that url. It had my email information already. I assume this is because i am registered with Nvidia and this is a possible way to contact me.

I was expecting to get an email notification about the update but instead i just received the notice on my home screen.

I may have been at fault too not explaining well. But its not a big deal.

I thought maybe I’d get an email that the update was sent or something similar. Thats all i meant.
