Who is C Song? I can only assume that is who you bought the service from? I had this service a few years back through Michael WU. For $18 a year I thought what the heck I’ll take a chance on a cheap backup. It was Horrible and I was able to get a refund. Perhaps send them a message you will report them through Alibaba (I believe you can do that online) if they don’t reply to your messages.

I have been using Alibaba $18 a year subscription for 4 years. The name Caroline Song and Michael Wu are customer service people and there are lots of them so you never know who’s going to reply. When you bought the subscription, there is a “chat” service included. The first year I had a couple of times when I lost service. I contacted them using the chat service. After a few minutes I had C.Song respond. I explained what had happened and they sent me a new user name, password and URL. I entered the new details into my IPTV SMARTERS PRO, and sorted. For the last 3 years, the only time I “chat“ to them is to renew for another 12 months. I first started using Alibaba after see the TROYPOINT video review. Quite frankly I have never looked back. I hope this helps in some positive way.
Yes I’m Familiar with how the Alibaba services work. Sounds like you had a better experience to me and good for you. As I said in my post above I had the $18 service through Michael Wu and it was terrible just awful If I may. He gave me a hard time when I tried to get a refund but I basically told him I would report him to Alibaba and after that he refunded me. The $18 was not a big issue I was just pissed that his service was so bad.
On another note the Alibaba services Amber offers are spot on and if you are having issues with your current service I would recommend looking into that. Lots of info and comments here on it. Good luck!
