Good news for me. I updated to KODI 19.3 and my problem is solved. NO more freezing. Apparently there was something in 19.2 that did not get along with my Windows 10 computers.
Thanks to everyone for all the suggestions on how to fix the freezing. Nice to have so many helpful people online.

That’s a separate issue and not a kodi problem.
I would use our search functions and look around thr website, also if need to make a topic regarding help no problem. Iptv is where you need to go.
