Kodi builds all fail on fire TV

I’m attempting to load various builds on my 65" Insignia Fire TV. I loaded Kodi 19.4 from the Troypoint app. I’ve attempted to load builds from Diggz, Crew, and others, and none complete the load. They all end up with an error message.

I’ve been about to successfully load the exact same builds on other Insignia Fire TVs but, for some reason, this TV keeps giving me an error

I’ve also been unable to successfully load Cinema (gives me a different error message when installing Cinema analytics even though I’ve authorized downloads from unknown providers) and Cyberflix can’t find any streams even though I have a paid real debrid account.

Anyone have any thoughts or solutions?
