As long as they can maintain their high level quality and service, they’ll be my #1 service. Going on 4 years with them.
Always fast response and the service is great. Hence the reason a customer over 4 years now. If something happens or there is planned maint, you know immediately
Glad Troy added ITTECHBASICS to his Best IPTV Services list. Seems well deserved.
Without Troypoint, it would be hit or miss selecting IPTV services, devices and choosing best apps and tools in such a dynamic environment as streaming. The how to install and setup everything videos/writeups and expert advice on getting the most out of streaming are invaluable. This Insider Forum has bailed me out of issues MANY times that I could not have solved on my own. Thanks to all the regulars who contribute so much to this forum.
same… i had to use Montreal Canada to get it to work. previously used chicago which was my go to for all services until lately.
Unless I’m missing something, I wish they had a better way of renewing their service. My sub was coming to an end and the only way I saw to keep it going was to order it again. I did this a couple of days before my sub was to end. It showed I had 2 active services. I was away when the original service expired and didn’t notice until the next morning that it wasn’t working. I issued a ticket explaining the situation and it was cleared up quickly.
Does anyone know if ITTechBasics has a way to renew or extend a sub?
“We use ‘one time payments’. You may not receive an invoice when your subscription is due for renewal. Just open a support ticket or email us at admin@ittechbasics.com and we will send you an Invoice and manually renew your account.”
If you do this, it will extend your existing account and keep your login the same and all the setups and favorites, etc.
See Cyroth’s comment above. Just take note of the expiration date at the bottom of your IPTV player or your account and calendar accordingly for renewal. I trust this service and since the savings for a 1 year subscription are substantially less than month-to-month, that is how I renew.
Yes, it all got sorted. I was in a hurry at the time and it wasn’t obvious how to renew. No worries.
I too love the service. There is room for improvement in the NHL section but I’m savvy enough to find other channels showing games or when I’ve asked for a channel to be fixed it is addressed quickly.
I too use ITTECHBASICS and been having trouble with US servers but I recently changed to static ip using New York server #1 and things have been working great. Im also using Surfshark.
I’ve tried the ky-iptv and the tvtube url extreme codes they sent me and get zero epg information. Using paid Tivimate. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
I had a problem like that got in touch with them told them, I was using Tivimate and they reset my url codes that worked.
Thanks greg6. I contacted them once, but ill send that information you gave .
With TV tube, u must update the live TV in the TV tube app.. Then name sure to download the EPG from the EPG settings in TV tube app.. Make sure to refresh and save it.. Then go to tivimate, make sure the EPG URL is correct and that it had been updated in the tivimate app settings.. Set to update on playlist start..
With TV tube, u will not get any information for 24\7 channels ever.. And no info with sports.. They will have the program in the heading channel ticker..
If u want all EPG info . Enter the URL into m3u4u.com, customize what you want.. Then out that generated URL in tivimate and put TV tube URL as 2nd source EPG..u will have every epg info
Thank you. I looked through all your information, and I thank you. I’m 76 and I don’t want to learn anymore. I have three other programs that work fine in paid Tivimate. I’m going to let it tech expire. Thank you Hollywood for taking the time .
There was a software update for Surfshark today 4/1 which I installed. Thought I would try my fastest U.S. locations which had stopped working with ITTECHBASICS and Kemo about a month ago. Seems to work fine now. Can’t tell whether it was the update or changes Surfshark may have made to the servers ?
Are other users of ITTECHBASICS that reported only being able to connect with overseas locations able to connect to U.S. servers after installing latest Surfshark update ?
bye bye kemo reseller
No VPN problems of any kind with ITTech Basics no matter what vpn I use. I have had problems connecting to another service while using SurfShark
Im having trouble adding ITTECHBASICS playlist to Tivimate. This is the 3rd time I’ve had to uninstall Tivimate on my 2 Firestick 4k max. I reinstall it but keeps coming up with error message check data and internet connection. I’ve doubled and tripled checked the data and my connection. I have also done it with or without a vpn on. No luck. Also did it without Tivimate premium not being logged in. Also with it logged in, no luck. It doesn’t matter what I’ve tried it hasn’t worked. They have changed the password on me 3 or 4 times. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t . ITTECHBASICS is telling me this time that it must me Tivimate with the problem. They suggest I use Smarters app, I think they said so I could get their service. I don’t want to do that. Oh by the way I set up a new ONN box and Tivimate playlist installed fine.
I know this was lengthy but I was trying to tell you everything I did to get this to work.
Any help will greatly be appreciated.
Thanks everyone. Have a good evening.
Yes. Sometimes I have gotten that “can’t connect to the internet” on ITTech Basics as well as a few of my other services. I think the problem is on the VPN servers side as I find that switching servers when this occurs solves the problem. I understand also that using a “static” server location helps to solve this problem along with clearing the cache within the app. Hope this helps
Thanks for the info but that’s not my problem. Please read again.
