ITTechBasics IPTV

Thanks for the response. It looks like Sparkle is one of the few players that has a client side pause/rewind/fastforward feature.

Yes per device

Is it their own app, or is it just a rebuild using IPTVSmarters Player? It kind of looks like it from the TroyPoint review, but I wasn’t sure.

Thanks for your support.

IBO Pro is different from IPTV Smarters. It loads quicker and has less lag on boot up. The screens are cleaner and have ā€œAllā€ catagories for TV, Movies and Series which makes finding your particular favorites easier to find and select. The app makes downloading player lists a breeze and video/audio steams are very quick to load, with very crisp images. A free 7 day trial is available off the Google PlayStore, after which you can get a lifetime subscription per device of $8.55 off IBO Pro’s website. See my post on the IBO Pro for other info and screenshots of the app.

Bill,
I just subscribed for 12 months to this service as a backup. Surfshark seems to be blocking it on mt Formuler Z11 Pro Max, Buzz TV X5, and Mecool Km2. In dialog with Surfshark, I have tried multiple server locations, Protocols, 3 different DNS servers, turned off Cleanweb. this IPTV service is blocked using both the built-in IPTV apps and Tivimate. My primary service works fine with Surfshark. I re-installed Surfshark with no change. Turning off Surfshark and it works just fine.

Do you or anyone else successfully use Surfshark with ITTECHBASICS ?? If so, could someone post any special settings they used ?

I have issues with US servers lately. I’m using countries I normally would not and it’s working as it should. Not sure why the change past few weeks. Albania is working for me

Streaming, These issues with Surfshark just appeared in the past few weeks – there was a software update somewhere in the time period. My Kemo IPTV was set to expire next week – and it started to no work about 2 weeks ago with Surfshark. I thought it could be a Kemo issue. So, I decided to get ITTECHBASICS rather than renew Kemo. But, this new service had the identical connection issue as Kemo. Identified it as a Surfshark issue and have been focused on trying to resolve this blocking issue with Surfshark tech support. No joy yet.

I will try the Albania server location and see what happens. Thanks for the advice.

Hi there. I use both Surfshark and Express VPN for ITTech Basics and have not had any issues except I do get some offline message blue screens on an infrequent basis when streaming, but a making a change in my servers always fixes that. That is true of my other IPTV services as well but that is what happens sometimes with the IPTV world. I have 2 Ugoos devices that run on stock Android.

Thanks Bill. Kemo ran great for 23 months until 2 weeks ago. Now both ITTechBasics and Kemo won’t connect via Surfshark no matter what i have tried. Downloaded Proton FREE as a test, and both non-working IPTV service run great. My issue must have something to do with the last software update. Still going to try the suggestion for Albania server location when I get home later.

You might want to get in touch with Surfshark and tell them about your problem. Let us know what kind of a response you get.

Exactly. My issue has just happened within the last couple of weeks or so. Connect to a US server and won’t play. Change tor Express or Proton and no issues, that’s why I started toying around with locations in Surfshark I would never use and no issues for now, plays just fine

Tried Albania and Surfshark WORKED with only minor buffering. Still waiting to hear back from Surfshark after reporting results of changes they suggested that didn’t work and the Albania change.

yup, same here, Norway and Brazil work for me, i will give Albania a try just for the heck…

Glad I saw this thread right ta the time my backup service was due for renewal. Looks like a great service for the price. Had them remove most international channels as suggested earlier. Good channel selection and quality feeds. Initial issues were Surfshark related and not ITTECHBASICS. Hopefully, a future Surfshark software update will address the US server issues with some but not all IPTV services.

I have been using ITTECHBASICS for over 2 years now. I use IPVanish and have zero problems.

I had time this morning to play around with SS. I was only able to connect to Phoenix and Salt Lake City in the US all other US servers…:-1:

I communicated with ITTech Basics this morning. They have heard from quite a few of their customers regarding connection problems using Surfshark. Most of these customers can only get Surfshark’s small country servers to work. They suspect the problem has something to do with Surfshark’s recent software update(s) but they are having no reports of any connection problems using IPVanish or other vpn services.

Bill, ITTECHBASICS support was very responsive and helpful in responding to my issue inquiries. Also, after submitting a ticket to remove most international channels, I got a reply in 25 minutes that it was done. Great impression as i signed up for a long subscription.
