ITTechBasics IPTV

Just Placed a order with ITT, over a hour ago…Not a peep back from them

I have been with ITTechBasics for over 3 months, and I do get occasional buffering. Overall, I would say the service is 95% buffer free. Which is far better than most services I have used in the past.

When I signed up with them, I heard back almost immediately. There was no waiting.

Thanks for the reply and comments. I guess I should disclose that I am using a Netgate 6100 (Pfsense) security gateway on my 1 GB Spectrum ISP. Netgate 6100 BASE pfSense+ Software - VPN, Routing, & Firewall Hardware Appliance
I am also using hard wired with and without VPN with no protection suite for the modem. Also using two Unifi 8 port switches through out the house. Speedtest is at 950 Mps on a seperate VLAN using my BuzzBox X5 SE. The bandwidth is plenty for any IPTV service. I agree that it is very difficult to get 100% no buffering, but the every 15 minutes or so is tedious!

And Kemo sucks. Wasted $167.97 cdn for 2 conn year sub. Absolutely horrible CS run by someone who sounds like a kid and takes days to answer and then repeats a day or two later. EPG is bad, and I mean bad.

Yep Yep!

Sounds like possibly a vpn server issue if your internet service is stable. You might try changing your vpn server location if buffering arises. ITTech Basics suggested this to me and I must say, this does work. Fortunately, my VPN is stable enough where I need to do this rarely. There are some variables involved and your streaming performance will only be as good as the weakest link between your tv box hardware, internet, vpn and wired or wireless connection.

Did all that as well with both Surf Shark and Proton with 300 Mbps down and 30 Mbps up and still the same. Tried other countries and us locations on both West and East coast and middle US with the same outcome. My network setup is solid for Kodi and Real Debrid. Isolated endpoints (VLANS) for each device I own to make sure they all play ‘nice’ together, especially IOT devices. My only issue is IPTV, so far…

Most solid service I’ve used. Don’t even have a back up tbh

Live and learn. That’s the nature of the IPTV world. Nothing lasts forever. In a perfect world our perfect IPTV would last forever, have perfect customer service, and have no buffering. was completely happy with Gears TV before Omar got shut down. :smirk::smirk::smirk:

I had them 3yrs ago and they were solid. The only reason I dropped them is that they no longer took a payment method I use. When I was informed 2 weeks ago that they now took a method I use, I jumped on it based upon my prvious experience. Unfortunately they’ve gone in the wrong direction since I had a sub. Oh well, it’s all a gamble, just hate wasting money.

This. Good lawd.

I have them under another provider, VERY solid. Yes some gaps in EPG compared to my best still 95% flawless.

EPG is 75% At best. No site to access any program guide for a huge swath of missing epg sports info, movie, series and even adult. Unlike my prime sites with Discord and daily lists. But I don’t want to waste any more time on this as it’s simply a waste, all around, and uber frustrating.

Then I have a few questions, do you live in the US? Do you use a VPN? My service was great the first 6 months - never an issue. Since the olympics it seems like everyday I have to clear cache, reboot system multiple times then it starts to work again.
Nothing has changed on my end, so I am confused about the problem. Customer service has tried to help but they have no ideas either.

sim_bill are you in US? I’ve been with IT TEch for 8 months - loved them for the first 6. Since Olympics though I have had nothing but issues - buffering and no service. I reboot, clear cache, etcc. I have sent numerous messages to their support (which is great & they respond FAST!). They change my username & password - it works great again for 2 days, then the cycle starts again.
I have been streaming for 5 years, never had these issues. ITTEch claims its VPN but I just can’t buy it. Why now? Why all of a sudden??
Any insight?

If you don’t mind me chiming in…I’ve been using them over 3 years now and have not seen many issues at all. Usually when it’s down it’s a main issue(server etc) or it’s on my end(vpn issue). They’re very good about notifying if it’s a main issue and always give an est time frame. On my end, if I switch vpn servers, it fixes my issue

Yes I live in the US yes I use a VPN.
What type of device and what program do you use to view? Their service is solid imo. Could be it’s time to upgrade your device I reset my devices at least 1 a year to factory settings and every 6 months I reinstall all apk’s I’m using and I have no issues at all
