Hello, and thanks for the response. Yes I did. I have installed it on three other tv boxes with no problem. I can not however, install it on this one Nvidia SHEILD. As I mentioned before, I have tried different ways to install the app. It downloads but will not install. I have deleted other players and old playlists and apps to no avail. It is only on this one box. Thanks.

No problem.
Have you tried deleting any old APKs and then turning off your VPN, download and run a new APK and see if it installs the APP as it should. Then if it does tirn your VPN back on.

Hello. Yes I have tried to install with and without the VPN. I have restarted the Shield. I have uninstalled all the old APK downloads of the app and different virgin’s of Smarters tv app. I also deleted other APK downloads apps I used downloader to install. The shield is up to date. I have , as I mentioned before, downloaded the app with the tool box , on a different Shield and two (2) Buzztv 6, with no problem. It is just this one (1) Shield tv pro.

How very odd. I just sold my 2019 Shield Pro 2 months ago. I never had any issues like you’re having, and other than making sure the app is not say strictly a mobile app meant only for phones etc. I can’t think of any reason you have this issue. So my last thought is a stack issue and I recommend a complete power cycle. This means unplugging everything from power, wait a few minutes, then plug everything back in. This includes your modem/router, TV, soundbar, and then your Shield and restarting everything. This may clear what could be a stack issue or something the system wants to finish but cannot find or has something stuck in the stack it can’t clear.rectify. No guarantees but I have thought about your issue quite a bit and can’t think of anything else.

Thank you for your input. I will try that later on as my family is still up and around watching and listening to tv and phones etc. If it works, or does not work I will let you know tomorrow. I have to wait till every is done for the night. While I have your attention 
, I was wondering if you have an idea as to why, when I activate my VPN Surfshark.on my pc (windows), it prevents me from getting on line. Could it be because I have the VPN installed on my router and WIFI mesh (TP-Link)BE63 1000 also? Over Kill

I think if you have a router with a VPN installed then running a second VPN on your streaming device could cause conflicts. CleanWeb seems to cause many issues so try turning that off, or just use the one VPN after all on the Router everything connecting through it is protected.

Sounds like you are using Mega. Try URL mossaptv (dot) com in place of the mexamo (dot) xyz
