Signed up for a service On TP,s list on Oct. 15 I received an email confirmation but still no login credentials. Just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat ? I know I can’t mention names , but it’s 6 bucks a month.

Yeah it looks like there still overloaded with new requests so if you go to their site and click on alerts it tells you what’s going on. Some have said it takes a day or so, they do it manually for security reasons, there words. So hopefully it clears up for you.

Hope so . It’s been 3 days I’ve emailed and text, but no response.I hope they don’t get so many customers it will bog down their servers.

I have mailtrack addon installed si I know when or if mail was read.

It’s been a week since I signed up. Never received any kind of log-in info. I sent an e-mail to inquire as to the reason, never received a reply. Contacted my credit card company to report “did not receive product.”
Nothing we can do here. Contact them

In the end, MOST times, you get what you pay for. Six bucks a month for a reliable service & EPG?? HIGHLY doubt it - & i’ve trialed around 15 services. The one i’ve been with for 11 months now is, honest to God, the ABSOLUTE BEST service around. Sorry, can’t give out any info., the owner is paranoid about being shut down. He’s had potential customers try & come into his Telegram chatroom who were just posers. Reliable service 97% of the time & 95% complete & accurate EPG. I pay $30 US for 5 connections & couldn’t be happier. I’ve seen cheaper but service/EPG or both are seriously lacking!
Just a friendly FYI about Troy’s lists - many of them are not accurate - for instance, he’ll put down that they offer catchup but they don’t or that they take PayPal, CC for payment & they don’t - only crypto currency. Thing is, i like to have a backup service but have only found one out of the many i’ve trialed that comes close to my primary provider. I’m looking for US/CAN catchup channels - if anybody has a decent service - please, please, please PM me with how i can get in touch with them & try them out.

I paid for service on Sunday and it’s Friday now and I also haven’t received a thing. I have looked in all my folders and nothing. I sent 3 emails and still nothing. They took my $6 on Sunday so I guess we will wait and see!
In Troy’s defence, I am sure at the time he reviewed them. they did have catchup or PayPal but things change. May have have gotten rid of catchup or PayPal for security reasons. That list is a huge maintenance headache.

I have a service that is pretty decent. The only thing is the epg for usa locals doesn’t work the rest of the epg is fine. I’m also looking for a back up .How do I send a private message to you . The service I use would be a good back up.

Update : I just received an email from you know who. They sent my log in credentials. So it’s been 6 days. Everyone just hang in there . I’ll add the playlists to TiviMate later the afternoon. Got work to do this morning. I’ll keep you folks posted on how it goes. I hope all concerned people get this post.

God Forbid you all lose your $6…The world may come to an end!!! Lighten up a bit lot’s of good cheap providers out there and if you have to go 2 days without your Starbucks Grande low fat double capucinno Mocha’s then so be it

EPGs are easy to fix especially in tivimate.

When you get time will you look and see if your service date is today or the day you paid. Just curious if you get the complete month you paid for.
