Call or text your provider. They should give you a different URL to use when using a VPN
Same problem, I’ve tried everything that I know to try. Just waiting and hoping someone will figure it out.
Thanks for the reply. I’m not understanding what I did against the community guidelines. There is not a link in my post. Tivimate is an app not a server. So not sure what I did; it wasn’t intentional. Can someone message me and tell me in detail?
And yes, I received a message back from my service provider contact and the subdomain had changed. It’s working now.
Honestly we weren’t trying to give you a hard time. When we indicated it was not SS to blame we were being sincere. We just can no longer discuss any Unverified IPTV or the person that supplies them either. Just the way it is now. One of the many things TP has had to adapt to in order to remain open for all our cord cutting family. Glad you got it sorted. Enjoy.
Was having the same problem SS but Osamo said change country , and it start working again the IP service thanks
I have tried the open VPN option on Surfshark but was unable to connect to Canada using that option. It seems that many IPTV services require using VPN locations outside of the US, and AI steered me away from the virtual locations and recommended the nearest locations in Canada and Mexico. I haven’t tried any Mexico locations, but I know for sure that Surfshark won’t let me connect to Vancouver using the open VPN option.
I’ve had luck with a dedicated ip address with NordVPN.
I’ve experienced the same problems as others with TorGuard VPN the past six weeks. Going to upgrade my service to include a dedicated IP.
Hopefully, that will do the trick.
Check with your supplier about whether the apply a vpn to the service.
TIVIMate is shutting down Surfshark. The VPN will sit there and run and I can use other apps, but as soon as I open TIVIMate, it’ll run for a few minutes and then it shuts down both TIVIMate and Surfshark. So I was wondering if anybody has experienced anything like that and knows what the fix is. It doesn’t happen with OTT Navigator, so I’m assuming it has something to do with TIVIMate.
That is very odd. I use TiVimate every day and it doesn’t affect it at all. I wouldn’t even know how it would do that. I will do some research and see what I find.
Thank you, that is very much appreciated
My main iptv service is still plugging away just fine with SS on, but my three private URLs for my backup service no longer work. That provider gave me a new password, username, and private URL and now that works just fine with SS on.
You wonder if ACE or other or their agents are behind these “attacks” on iptv providers, because they know what cascade of problems for users this would cause.
I noticed that although Surfshark is list as #1 on the vpn list it’s very finicky with some services, bit Ip Vanish works fine,or the free Proton vpn works fine ,so you may wanna give that a try
One of my services stopped working with a vpn about a week ago but all was back to good last night on the U.S. servers. I had other services from same provider which continued to work without issue. Ive learned you need at least 3 or 4 services to run uninterrupted. Still way cheaper then cable.
My SS can be a bit finicky at times. My IPTV works fine either way, but I do see a bit more buffering when SS is off. Unfortunately, mt SS has to be turned on every time I turn on my TV . This is because it doesn’t stay on ALL the time. This is a well known issue with SS
happen to me to switch over to ip vanish
