On sept. 20th, all 3 of my IPTV services would no longer work. I turned off my surfshark vpn, but they still do not work. My Hallmark+ and Amazon streaming work. I can not get my 3 different IPTV services to work. Any ideas for help?
Have you tried contacting your provider(s) ?
Cscout, My post on Surfshark is identical to your issue. I didn’t want to state my issues like you did for fear of possibly getting banned. They are however the same. I am trying to figure this out. I have been quiet & in this game for a long time. I am starting to lean toward a VPN & Provider issue. I am trying all kinds of work around. You probably can still watch if you disable VPN but that leaves us hanging out & defeating the use of a VPN. I am wondering if we do a whole VPN approach through our routers instead of individual Apps. We will see. ![]()
If you can try proton free vpn to see if it’s a VPN problem .
Ok, Now that Troy & Miki have addressed this I guess it is safe for me to follow up. I tried what Troy recommended. I am using an IPTV service that suddenly got blocked using Surfshark. I tried almost every server by restarting over & over in the US area which took hours & I am still blocked. It is definitely our IPTV blocking us for some reason. As Troy stated there are tons to choose from but now that we can no longer discuss these that makes it hard to find one that is reliable. I will still keep punching away to see if something pops. ![]()
I ended up connecting my VPN to Australia because of one of my services wasn’t working. Not the greatest fix due to living with lower speeds, but temporarily fixes the problem. I imagine some other countries will work, but not Europe as I tried multiple countries to no avail.
Try a dedicated ip address
I have tried many IPTV providers and have run into a similar issue once or twice. Reach out to your provider as they may have an update for you.
On a related note: I’ve been super busy and have been insider-incommunicato for a couple months. Did something change and we can no longer discuss specific iptv providers even as Patrons? Thus the reason the mega posts for that lady that lives on the opposite side of the world from the US has been deleted?
One of Ukraine’s large data centers was seriously damaged a few days ago. A lot of IPTV was knocked out as a result. Ruck the Fussians.

Thanks Miki, sorry I was behind the times.
Just turn the VPN off, I only use mine, IP Vanish and Nord, if I need it to actually watch something. Unless you are downloading torrents, it is not needed.
You really need to do some reading and understand this isn’t about what we do or don’t want, this is about the law and the high cost of fighting the system, MPAA and ACE to name but two. Trust me nobody wanted this but it either had to go or the site had to be shut down. So read over the rules, use the site search and read about what is legal and what isn’t. This site has all sorts of info on how to improve your use of apps, tech, and all things related to them, including IPTV apps where you can add your own IPTV legal playlists. Videos galore. A Rumble channel.
I would never go on line without using a vpn, whether for VOD, IPTV, surfing, chat rooms, file transfers, photo sharing and the never ending evolving use of the internet or even simple email. I prefer to be safe, oh and I wear a seatbelt while driving, a helmet when racing motorcycles, a fire suit while drag racing. There are things designed to keep you safe and I use them, right down to encryption. So believe what you want but scams and identity theft is everywhere as are bad players, malware, adware, spyware OMG I could go on for hours trying to explain to ppl how to stay safe on their phones, tablets, computers, and streaming devices and Troy as well as the Insider gang also can help anyone with that. Troypoint is just as relevant and helpful as ever.
I have 3 different IPTV services, and all 3 went off on Sept. 20th, and the only way they will work is to turn off Surfshark. I contacted all 3 IPTV services, and they tried a refresh, but that did nothing. I can no longer use Surfshark. I will need to find a better VPN to stay safe. It’s a kick in the head that I still have 9 months’ worth. Live and learn.
It’s been noted that you need to contact your supplier and get a new VPN URL. Nothing to do with SS.
I did that this morning, and Surfshark will not let them work. 3 new URLs on three different IPTV services with my Nvidia Shield, ONN Pro, and Mecool boxes. Its Surfshark.
