I’m completely lost. Yesterday I wanted to talk about the Buzz 6 powerhouse box. So I looked for this topic and I found it. I just looked under my name and there was this subject covered a couple of months ago. So I wrote a short blurb about the experience I have had with the Buzz people re this shipment on “preorder”. So I looked today to see if anyone had made any remarks re this topic. For some reason or another I cannot find my little blurb. Did it get deleted or is it just me. Every time I want to make a commend, I just let it go because I seem not to be able to get into the right subject to reply to. Its the reason why I made this remark as a new subject. Sorry about that but I need some guidance here. Is there such a thing as a tutorial for beginners and if there is, where is it?
Hey @johns. I probably moved it into an existing Buzz thread. If you read Troy’s remarks, at the top of the main page you open when accessing the insider, you will see that he has requested that instead of creating a new topic for every single Buzz question, in this case, he wants us to find an existing Buzz thread and post your question there.
Do you remember the title of the post you put up? If so I can find it for you and show you how to find any of your threads that I may have moved.
This is the latest Buzz topic I can find.
You can also press your avatar and then the little top half body icon at the bottom of the list. Then hit summary and you should have your recent activity.
Hi Miki: I have no idea what the earlier topic had for a title. All I know it that it covered the subject of not getting a response back from the Buzz people that I could rely on, they have been promising delivery of this uit for the last 2 months and evrytime it does not show up I email them and they tell me a new and later date and it also does not show up.

Man that’s crazy. Buzz is Canadian and should be able to deliver it much quicker than that. Not as if Van is an isolated place.
During business hours you can talk directly with them amd put a bug in their ear. There is a live chat option down the bottom right of the landing page.
You know Miki, I have talked and emailed them all to basically to no avail. I have owned their boxes for the last couple of years and their customer service has always been real great, even upgraded my box 5 for free. Don’t want to reach out to them any more, it they do not come through, I will cancell this $500.00 anchor.
Sorry johns. That’s a shame. I was just thinking that PMing them here might be a chance to get things sped up. Ok. Nothing else I can do unfortunately. GL2U
