How to use Kodi

Kodi itself is an apk like the others mentioned.

On KODI you load Addons such as Umbrella, Seren and Coalition for movies and tv shows or the Loop and Mad Titan for live sports as well as addons for music, weather, live tv and others.

It very resourceful but I personally do not recommend IPTV on kodi. You can use TiViMate for that.

Its always been easier for me to download a Build because it sets up your Kodi to work with many of the addons you need wothout having to do all the “backend work” you need to set things up.

You.can install addons individually to your liking as well but it takes a little more time and effort. A good build will make it easy.

But you also need to find a build that fits your need. Some builds are simple and others offer many differnt options for many different categories. Its a personal decision but one you can change with a few clicks.

Search TP bout kodi builds and you can see what i mean.

To be honest i cant say if its more work or not than the others but it also does a lot more than the others as well.

Ask how stremio or other apks are for live tv or sports.

If all you want is movies and tv shows than try another apk. If you dont like it then try kodi.

If you want the #1 voted TroyPoint Apk then give kodi a try.

If your cable tv isn’t included in your internet service and you have to pay extra, an option is to get rid of it and opt for FAST TV. One thing that needs to be taken into consideration tho is data use, if you have unlimited data from your isp then no problem at all. my isp charges 15 dollars monthly for unlimited data of course that’s on top of the usual monthly service. The FAST TV is just like cable but you can get WAY more channels. Check m out if you like: FAST TV: What It Is and Why It Should Matter to You - CNET

  • you have access to all android apps within the Kodi Entertainment Center

Hi,

I am new here and purchased Surfshark through Troy.
Now I want to install the VPN on my TV box and connect it to my kodi omega.
I’m looking for a good description of how to do that.
I don’t know which addon I should have. If I need VPN manager I can’t find a handy manual to download it.
I don’t know how to do that. I hope you can help me.
If I need another Addon, please let me know.
Or is that also indicated in this video?

Strange that these addons are not included in downloads by default. is that correct?

Other question.
I downloaded the Surfshark app on my TV Box. Is Kodi then immediately safe. or does it not work like that?

Thank you in advance.
Nola.

welcome

You don’t need to to anything with your apps. It’s like a gate keeper. You have your house, inside a compound, with one way in and one way out, and that is to go through a gate protected by a person you hired, that’s your VPN. So once you configure your VPN by choosing a protocol and a server location and have it all set up then unless you want to bypass the VPN for an app (split tunneling) you don’t need to do anything else as all your apps will go through your VPN. Your entire system is protected. So when using a VPN have a look here for it’s setup video.

Hi Miki,

Thank you for the explanation.
Wasn’t sure if it worked that way.
So everything is safe. Nice.

You also write, look here for the installation videos. Did you place a link in your text?
If not, thank you
Nola.

That link shows the location of the “site search”. Click that to open a search and then type in what you are looking for. You may need to try different phrases or words to locate the threads with information you need.

Okido, thank you
