Thank you sir. I have already installed Tivimate 3 or 4 times. I have sat up 3 or 4 from Google play and Downloader. But every time I go online to set up the Premium part it tells me that I can only use my Nvidia shield. All the user names and passwords I try to use only give me a headache. And I don’t owe them any money from the past. I am going to remove Tmate again and go straight to the unlock premium part. I guess I will have to create another username and password when I go to the unlock premium part. I won’t know what to do when it ask me to sign up with a name and password. I sure like the way you have it explained. That’s what I want to try. Thank you very much for your help. I hope it works.
Hello; I have had lifetime TiviMate premium (v. 5.1.6) for nearly 2 years–no issues. Suddenly last night on my 2 devices all the iptv accounts were defaulted and TiviMate says “unlock premium.” My username and passwords are rejected and even forgot password request does not work? Using the new Buzz tv P6L. Any work around suggestions? I know TiviMate Companion was retired and no other access to a website that I know of.

Have you installed Tivimate on more than 5 devices by any chance? Go to the site @Explorer gave you the link to and hopefully you can log into your Dashboard.

Thanks Miki: No, only two devices. I had a third–a firestick–that I deleted when the Tivimate companion was active. I don’t know how to find device numbers now.

Sorry, I am unable to login to the website above, to see any dashboard. On my App the playlists I have do appear in settings, but almost all the features are locked and it says Unlock Premium–which I can’t
I have the companion on my iPhone–but it is frozen and inactive. I went to the google play store on the buzz tv, but TiviMate Companion no longer appears. Do you see it somewhere on the google play store?
I just had a look at Play Store on my Samsung, S23 phone and the companion app is there. And will open from Google Play Store for me.

Well. I do have the aptoide store and tivimate companion v 1.4 .1 does appear. I downloaded it and a message appeared this “app not tested and may not work on your device.” It did not appear in my apps page–again using the new BuzzTv P6L. Maybe its suddenly a BuzzTv issue–although the same thing happened on my fireTV cube gen 2.
I’ve never used Buzz TV. And do not have a firestick or a cube, I run nvidia shield, and the onn 4K pro. It does sound like a Buzz TV problem. And I know Amazon is starting to block apps on there, fire sticks and cube. Hopefully, someone else on here can help you with that problem. I wish you luck.

Are you using the same username/password that you use to log in to the Companion app? Not the username/password for your individual IPTV subs. I haven’t had any trouble using their website to manage my devices, even have 2 different logins since I now have more than 5 devices and have 2 lifetime subs.
Final Resolution. I got to support@tivimate.com. They inadvertently delinked my email username with another multi-digit order. I have no idea why after 4 years? I had activated and paid for a lifetime sub in 2021. Fortunately I had the original order welcome email from the old tivimate companion and my receipt from PayPal. After 2 days and a password reset the issue was resolved–at least so far.
